Hi, I’m Christina, Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and HypnoSober Practitioner.

 

I’m passionate about helping people create meaningful change in a supportive, compassionate, and non-judgemental space. I believe real change starts with understanding ourselves, not criticising ourselves.

 

My journey into helping people change their relationship with alcohol is also a personal one.

 

For many years, alcohol had quietly become more present in my life than I wanted it to be. From the outside, everything looked completely normal — work, family, everyday life carried on as usual. But “normal” had become a bottle of wine (and sometimes more) every day, and eventually I started asking myself an important question: Is this really serving me anymore?

 

I began noticing how I felt afterwards, how often alcohol had become my way of relaxing, switching off, or coping with life’s stresses. I became curious about what life might feel like without relying on it.

 

What I discovered changed everything.

 

I realised that changing your relationship with alcohol isn’t about deprivation or forcing yourself to “give something up.” It’s about creating more choice, more awareness, and more freedom.

 

That personal journey inspired me to retrain as a hypnotherapist and dedicate my work to helping others make changes that truly feel right for them.

 

I’ve been alcohol-free since January 2025 through hypnotherapy, and while it wasn’t an overnight process, it was one of the most powerful decisions I’ve made. It took time, self-reflection, and eventually a moment where something shifted inside me and I knew I was ready.

 

Now I help others discover that same possibility — not through judgement or pressure, but through understanding, support, and lasting change.

What Is HypnoSober?

 

HypnoSober is a structured four-session hypnotherapy programme designed to support people through a 30-day reset from alcohol.

This programme is ideal for people with mild to moderate alcohol use who are ready to create positive change in their lives.

 

The focus isn’t simply on stopping drinking.

 

The goal is to help you:
